For most Spiral based teams (S/cable/cyclops, s/c/sentinel, s/sent/bh), spiral chips and builds meter for the other characters, and gets the hell out of there. I don't think you can link her sword super. You can use her speed up super and do her semi-infinite. As for her 3-level Meta. super, you can (have 5-6 swords), launch, short, forward, expanding swords (qcf+short), cancel into meta super (qcb+PP), if you're facing the corner it's easier to grab with jab (imo) and in the middle of screen, fierce. You should pause for slight, slight bit before grabbing. That's about the only way to do it usually...cancel the expanding swords to the super. You really shouldn't go for it unless it's a sure thing... Oh yeah, if the person is blocking the expanding swords, it won't work b/c you can't grab them in blockstun.
